Journey to COLA Accreditation
You can count on us: Accreditation process that helps you improve quality
When you apply to COLA’s Accreditation Program, you begin the process with instant access to tools that will help you document and maintain compliance with COLA requirements.
NOTE: You must notify your state CLIA agency any time you need to change your CLIA certificate type. Failure to do so could result in a “nonaffiliated” laboratory status and CMS may terminate the CLIA ID.
