For more than 30 years, COLA’s accreditation program has provided educational resources for laboratories striving to produce quality test results. COLA’s Individualized Quality Control Plan (IQCP) course offers clear, concise and actionable instruction for developing an IQCP that assists with improving quality and minimizing error.
COLA’s IQCP course explains the history of IQCP and provides information necessary to implement the regulatory requirements. Learners will understand the value of establishing an effective IQCP by reviewing realistic and practical examples. Participants will understand how to utilize their laboratory data and experience to develop and implement a meaningful QC Plan that will minimize errors in all testing phases.
